How much does it cost to become a Girlie Gardening Agent?
There is a one off (non-refundable) fee of £99 to join Girlie Gardening. For this, you will receive a comprehensive Kit with everything you need for your first 3 parties.
How much money do I make?
The Girlie Gardening commission structure is very simple and you can easily earn as much as 30% for each party. Of course if you decide to build a Girlie Gardening Team, then much more. The basic commission starts at 25% of the party total and all commissions are paid less VAT
What does the Starter Kit contain?
The Starter Kit contains the range of Girlie Gardening accessories including tools, watering cans, gloves, footwear, picnic rugs and lots of other accessories for the great outdoors, festivals etc Throughout the year we produce a range of Seasonal Bolt-on Kits which can be added to fit your customer base or the time of year we are at.
What kind of training do I get?
All Girlie Gardening party plan kits come complete with a comprehensive training manual. On receiving this we give you a telephone training session that will cover all aspects that you are likely to meet. This takes approximately half an hour and we book a mutually convenient time. The Girlie Gardening team is always on hand to answer questions and offer advice and support.
How many parties should I do?
Girlie Gardening does not set targets as all Agents have different circumstances. Obviously the more you put in , the more you get out.Some Agents like to take this as a full time occupation whilst others are happy to do a few parties a month. To make it worth your while we do suggest that you do 1 party a week.
How do I get my commission?
The great thing about Girlie Gardening is that you receive your commission immediately - no long wait to the end of the month. You finish your party, work out your totals, deduct your commission and send the balance with your orders.
Can I build a team of party planners?
Yes, we’d love you to! Once you are up and running it’s a great idea to develop your own team. Agents often recruit up to 10 people in their team and have fun motivating others and creating team spirit. There is a real sense of achievement in helping out newcomers and passing on your wealth of experience.
How quickly do you send out orders from your warehouse?
Customer service is very high on our list of priorities, in fact we pride ourselves on it. Most orders are despatched within 4-5 days of receipt but we ask you to tell your customers up to 14 days – this way we can usually exceed their expectations.
What marketing materials are available to me?
A free Stationery Pack is enclosed as part of the initial Girlie Gardening Kit. We are also developing a new Agent Business Suite which will enable you to download various materials to help you with the development of your business. We hope to include the following very soon:
Can I buy additional kits?
You can buy anything at all from the catalogue to add to your Kit. From time to time, we offer Collections at greatly reduced prices, usually appropriate to the time of year.
